This fun Jeopardy-style game engages Congress attendees in a fast-paced and entertaining format! As a sponsor, you’ll be at the forefront of this event, which draws a large number of attendees. Sponsors can speak before and after the event.

Tailored for early-career professionals, such as residents, fellows, postdoctoral researchers, clinicians in training, and early-career faculty, this event gathers attendees to enjoy cocktails and light appetizers while engaging in conversations with like-minded peers and established leaders in the field. Over 135 people attended in 2024.

Secure a premium position on the event website and app. Promotional efforts drive potential attendees to the website throughout the registration period. Attendees utilize the event website and app before Congress for planning and on site to navigate Congress. Your ad will run in the top, leaderboard position until March 2025.

First-time attendees gather to receive tips on making the most of their Congress experience, enjoy light refreshments, and engage with leaders in the critical care field. In 2024, more than 200 attended the inaugural first-time attendee reception. On average, over 1500 registrants are first-time attendees.

SCCM’s peer-reviewed journals are ranked as one of the most important benefits of membership. This is a special opportunity to hear from the prestigious journal editors about what’s new and exciting. Sponsors can speak before and after the event.

There are other attendee gatherings that are needing sponsorship. 

The Pocket Pal is a conveniently sized on-site guide that includes an education schedule, exhibitor listing, industry events, social activities, and more. It is offered as a print piece distributed in high-traffic areas in the convention center and as a digital, downloadable guide. Printed quantity is 4000. Online version is distributed via email to 3800 names.

Research Snapshot Theaters, placed throughout Connections Central (Exhibit Hall), feature the latest research from the more than 1500 abstracts and case reports submitted. These popular presentations draw standing-room-only crowds during exhibit hours on all three days. Coordinate your exhibit booth location to a sponsored Research Snapshot Theater featuring knowledge areas of your choosing to increase your visibility and engagement with attendees. Sponsor will be acknowledged in the theater outer structure panels.

Expert moderators lead discussions on a variety of topics, including career and leadership development, in an informal, small-group setting. Sponsor is acknowledged in pre-event and on-site marketing materials and signage. Sponsor is invited to attend the roundtable to participate and network and may scan roundtable attendee badges for leads.

SCCM has 15 specialty sections, many of which host receptions during Congress. Reach an engaged group of attendees interested in a specific topic or field.
