Advertise on the Congress website and event app with an informative PDF, video, audio ad, or URL link. All vehicles must be preapproved.

SCCM will distribute your product literature, sales brochures, or other promotional materials to attendees’ hotel rooms in time for the first day of Congress. Materials must be approved by SCCM and will be distributed at selected SCCM-contracted hotels to 1750 recipients.

Bundle the mailing list and hotel door drop.

Reach Congress registrants before they arrive with your mailed marketing material. Estimated 3000 postal addresses are included.

Promote your product or service to SCCM’s audience through an email sent by SCCM and branded to your company. Choose your preferred audience segment by selecting specific professions, regions, SCCM specialty sections, and more.

Enhance your sponsorship by aligning to SCCM’s well-being activities. These include the (re)Charge Zone, an SCCM coordinated morning attendee walk, and selected roundtable discussions and Research Snapshot Theaters.

Sponsorship includes signage onsite for the (re)charge Zone, the roundtable discussions, and the RSTs; digital marketing in Congress materials; and inclusion of an ad in the relevant RSTs.
