SCCM will distribute your product literature, sales brochures, or other promotional materials to attendees’ hotel rooms in time for the first day of Congress. Materials must be approved by SCCM and will be distributed at selected SCCM-contracted hotels to 1750 recipients.

Approximately 2,100 bags are distributed to all attendees at selected hotels as part of the door drop. It is offered as a print piece distributed in high-traffic areas in the convention center and as a digital, downloadable guide. Printed quantity is 4000. Online version is distributed via email to 3800 names.

Enhance your sponsorship by aligning to SCCM’s well-being activities. These include the (re)Charge Zone, an SCCM coordinated morning attendee walk, and selected roundtable discussions and Research Snapshot Theaters.
