Located in a prime space near the registration area of the convention center, Max’s Cafe is a popular destination for Congress attendees. Serving more than 2000 complimentary cups of coffee each day, visitors to Max’s Cafe represent a significant portion of overall event foot traffic, Sponsor will be acknowledged through pre-event and on-site marketing and signage. SCCM will enable connection opportunities, including facilitating a designated table for sponsor representatives.

The (re)Charge Zone offers comfortable seating in a high-traffic area with charging stations and tips to recharge through yoga and well-being exercises. Sponsorship includes recognition in pre-event and on-site marketing and signage.

More than 75% of SCCM Select members who attend Congress take advantage of this relaxing lounge to unwind, network, and enjoy complimentary refreshments. This year’s Select Member Lounge will feature a central location with high-visibility signage acknowledging the sponsor that includes a banner visible from the registration area as well as window clings visible from Connections Central (Exhibit Hall). In 2024, Select members visited the lounge more than 2000 times.

Be a part of the influential social media reach at Congress. Sponsor the social media booth, a highly sought-after space with a photo backdrop where attendees capture their Congress experience to share. This year’s space will be located in the highly-trafficked registration area. Sponsor will be acknowledged through pre-event and on-site marketing and signage. Sponsor signage will be prominently displayed so it is featured in attendees’ photos.
