Hotel Door Drop

SCCM will distribute your product literature, sales brochures, or other promotional materials to attendees’ hotel rooms in time for the first day of Congress. Materials must be approved by SCCM and will be distributed at selected SCCM-contracted hotels to 1750 recipients.

Submit the Hotel Door Drop request form with a copy of your door drop for approval to Desiree Ng at dng@sccm.org.

Door drop materials should be shipped to SCCM headquarters:

The deadline to receive the materials to guarantee inclusion in the Hotel Door Drop is February 3, 2025.

The materials will be delivered late evening February 22, 2025, before the first day of Congress.
