The best time to order the Congress registration list is February 15 to 31, 2026.
The advanced registration deadline for Congress attendees is February 15, 2026. SCCM suggests printing 3000 pieces if you order the mailing list after the advance registration deadline.
Submit the Mailing List Registration Rental Form with a copy of your mailer for approval to Brian Fitzgerald at bfitzgerald@sccm.org.
The mailing list contains name, title, institution, street address, city, state, and zip code (if provided by registrant). The street addresses will be excluded if only used for viewing purposes.
