• Approval: SCCM must approve artwork no later than February 6, 2026.
• Deadlines:
- Artwork and order summary: February 13, 2026
- Proof approval: February 27, 2026 (late approval may delay shipment or incur additional fees)
• Shipping:
- Shipping date: March 11, 2026 (via UPS or next fastest method)
- Expected delivery: March 16, 2026 (schedule delivery at least 3 business days before first check-in date)
